D.A. Collins’ latest initiative is to assist the federal government with its “Donate Life” campaign — an effort to increase awareness about organ and tissue donation. D.A. Collins placed the campaign’s logo and phone number on each of its vehicles and pieces of equipment in an effort to encourage people to participate in the program. Each year, teams of D.A. Collins employees participate in the Annual Cystic Fibrosis Invitational Golf Tournament, which last year raised $330,000 to help find a cure to this deadly and debilitating disease.
