Scope of Work:
- Clearing/grubbing and earthwork for parking lot expansion and internal roads.
- Miscellaneous excavation, utility relocations and abandonment, selective demolition, backfill and installation of gravel/crushed stone for footings and grade beams for addition to the existing facility.
- Trenching and concrete ductbanks provided for over 2,500-feet of conduit installation.
- Overlay of the existing parking area, layout and construction of new sidewalks and granite curbing, as well as installation of a new storm sewer system.
- Interior and exterior concrete foundation and flatwork construction for ~30,000 square foot building addition.
- Temporary enclosure provided and maintained for cold weather concrete work within building addition.
