DEWEY LOEFFEL - T11A TRIBUTARY PCB SEDIMENT REMOVAL Removal of over 1,200 tons of PCB contaminated sediments from a tributary stream. Ecological preservation required innovative methods to remove fine grained sediments from the streambed without stripping the area of morphological features such as larger stone, natural contours, and bank vegetation.
