| Summary: D.A. Collins Environmental Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer for environmental remediation in the Upstate New York and New England region. Typical project size is $2-10 million with larger projects in the $20-30+ million range. We specialize in remediation work with emphasis on heavy civil construction such as major earthworks, soil processing and treatment, on-site thermal treatment, environmental dredging, subaqueous capping, wetland remediation, pile driving, landfill capping, and other forms of containment. Responsibilities include: daily project management tasks such as: " estimating, " proposal generation, " preparation of work plans and technical submittals, " client and regulatory agency interaction, " contract management and negotiation, " technical direction and " oversight, coordination with project superintendents and subcontractors, etc. | |||||
