Summary: Kubricky Construction is seeking a qualified safety- minded individual to work on the Vermont Route 100 in Warren and Waitsfield Vermont. The selected individual will perform a combination of activities under the supervision of a skilled highway construction worker to familiarize her/him with highway construction. The activities will include, but not limited to; clean-up, seeding & mulching, raking, paving, grading and small equipment operation. This position is a state mandated On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiative and is designed to offer equal opportunity for training upgrading women and minorities in the construction trades. As such, candidates must be female or a minority to qualify for the position. The OJT program is an opportunity to learn new skills therefore no previous experience is required.

Summary: Kubricky Construction is seeking a qualified safety- minded individual to work on the Vermont Route 100 in Warren and Waitsfield Vermont. The selected individual will act within a work crew at construction worksite and supervise all job site flag personal. The activities will include, but not limited to; Trainee will become familiar with all types of asphalt paving, reclamation, grading, pipe installation, fence and guardrail, construction sign packages, arrow boards, and variable message boards, including programming of variable message boards. This position is a state mandated On-the-Job Training (OJT) initiative and is designed to offer equal opportunity for training upgrading women and minorities in the construction trades. As such, candidates must be female or a minority to qualify for the position. The OJT program is an opportunity to learn new skills therefore no previous experience is required.
